The Sandy Springs Society is excited to present the second annual Elegant Elf Marketplace to be held on November 9 and 10, 2012 at The Hitson Center in Sandy Springs, Georgia. The Society is a non-profit organization of over 280 professional and dedicated volunteers committed to improving our community through major fundraising events.

For the past year, our members have worked hard identifying superior craftsmen and vendors from the region, the country and abroad who offer unique products and gifts.  We are finalizing a public relations and advertising plan with the help of local, professional resources. It is now time to start the selection process for this exciting, holiday event.  Exhibitors were delighted with their experience with us.   The Society is presently accepting applications from craftsmen and vendors, both local and national, for The Elegant Elf Marketplace to be held on November 9 – 10, 2012.

Approximately 70 prime booths, choice of load in times, area-wide publicity, security during the show and load out, load in help and assigned times, fabulous volunteers ready to help in any way.  

Booth rental information:
8x10 in line booth: $450 plus $60 electricity fee
8x10 corner booth: $550 corner booth plus $60 electricity fee
8x20 double in booth: $825, plus $80 electricity fee
Custom combinations available (contact us for information on custom size booths)

One eight-foot table with chair, one black tablecloth, black pipe and drape      
Additional tables ($10.00 each) may be rented or provided by the vendor
Special lodging discounts during the Marketplace event
Ample parking for both vendors and shoppers
An invitation to apply is included with this letter. Since we have a limited number of booth spaces available this year, we encourage you to return the completed registration form, processing fee and all supporting materials as soon as possible. Exhibitor response to The Elegant Elf Marketplace has been outstanding and we are excited about the wonderful applications we have received.  Applications received by March 1, 2012 will be processed before April 1, 2012 for our selection decision.  Applications received after March 1, 2012 will be notified as soon as possible after processing.

The Sandy Springs Society

The Sandy Springs Society is the largest single philanthropic organization in Sandy Springs, donating almost $2.2 million to the community since its founding 21 years ago.  Comprised of approximately 300 dedicated women, the Society raises funds through a number of annual signature events.  Through its outreach, the society improves the quality of life for residents of all ages in Sandy Springs.  Funds are donated through a grant application process to community non-profits that enhance the quality of life for our community in the areas of education, the arts, environment, social services and heritage.
